Zabeel Park

Zabeel Park is an urban public park located in the Zabeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is bounded by Sheikh Rashid Road to the north, the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road to the northwest, while the Sheikh Zayed Road cuts through the south.

The park is divided into numerous sectors connected by pedestrian bridges, and there are multiple entrance gates. The Dubai Frame is located inside the park.

History of Zabeel Park

Zabeel Park, sprawling across 47.5 hectares, stands as one of Dubai’s larger parks, situated between Al Karama and the World Trade Centre at Zabeel Square on Sheikh Zayed Road. Notably, Zabeel Park holds the distinction of being the first technology-driven park in the Gulf region. Its vast area is equivalent to 45 football playgrounds and boasts over 3000 palm trees, accompanied by nearly 7000 other trees of 14 different species. The park is intricately divided into sections, interconnected by pedestrian bridges.

Visitors to Zabeel Park can enjoy a plethora of attractions, including a 3D cinema and interactive educational and entertaining shows in its communication zone, techno zone, and alternative energy zone. The park also features an exhibition gallery and an activity area that includes mini-golf, a skateboard park, a BMX track, and a mega-bowl venue suitable for weddings, parties, birthdays, and other events. Additionally, there is a mini cricket pitch for sports enthusiasts to enjoy. The boating lake offers a variety of vessels for rental, including pedal boats, rowboats, and motor boats, providing visitors with the opportunity for leisurely water activities.
