Emirates Fine Arts Society is a non-profit association of art professionals in the United Arab Emirates, established in 1980.[1] The Head Office is located in Sharjah, and there are branches in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Khor Fakkan.
The Emirates Fine Arts Society is member of the Arab Art Association and the International Association of Art, IAA/AIAP. The mission of the Emirates Fine Arts Society is to support its members and to promote art education among the public by organizing exhibitions, including the annual exhibition at the Sharjah Art Museum.
The Emirates Fine Arts Society helps promote art education and art appreciation among the public, in particular to national artists and conducts art workshops, seminars and lectures, in painting, sculpture, ceramics, graphics, photography and calligraphy. The society also encourages artists to get together, assists with exhibitions and produces publications and periodicals on fine arts.
The Society has its headquarters strategically located in the center of the Arts Heritage area in House Square in Arts area of Sharjah.
